Laura Broussard, CPA
Laura has a BS in Business Administration from Chapman University and is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years of experience working for large to mid-size corporations. Her career focus has been in the areas of Financial Reporting to regulatory agencies, SEC and NAIC, Financial Planning, preparing consolidated budgets and forecasts, and Corporate Accounting, responsible for supervising a team of accountants. Laura has excelled at achieving corporate objectives through strong leadership and teambuilding. Laura is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and enjoys serving her community by volunteering for local non-profits in Galveston.

Casey Broussard, CPM
Casey Broussard is an experienced property manager and is involved in all property management operations. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM). His career includes fourteen years with Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE: WRI) as a Regional Property Manager and six years with Simon Property Group (NYSE:SPG) as a Mall Manager. For the past four years he has been a Real Estate Specialist with UTMB Health. Casey has vast experience and knowledge in managing and leasing commercial properties. He also has advanced experience with budgeting, opex, and year end reconciliations. Over the course of his career he has simultaneously managed over 2,000,000 million square feet of commercial space with approximately 150 tenants. Due to his expansive career he has developed many connections within the Houston-Galveston real estate brokerage and facilities community. In his free time he puts his degree in Biblical Counseling to work as a minister at the Juvenile Justice Center in Texas City.
